I haven't seen many of these so far, so I was wondering who on this forum has a Blade bass!

I have a B2 Tetra. It has been modified with an Aguilar OBP-1 preamp. It's a power jazz as well as my Celinder but still is a quite different instrument from the Danish baby.

Wouldn't it be Vantage?

I live very close to the railway museum.

Since Thursday, I own a J Update 4 that was originally owned by Danish bass player Thomas Skarbee, who sold it to CrazyKiwi, who then sold it to a Belgian bass player called Geert Maesschalck. I bought the bass from Geert.










I absolutely love this bass. It plays like a dream, sounds like an animal and looks like a Bentley. I can't imagine anyone ever thought of selling this

I like it way better than e.g. Amsterdam. It's a big city, but still has that small-town feeling. I study at the conservatory there.

I've been buying, trading and selling a lot in the last 10 years, and now I think I have my ultimate set of basses:

From top to bottom:
-Squier Vintage Modified Precision Bass, modded a little bit (and there are more mods coming).
-Blade B2 Tetra Jazz Bass, modded with an Aguilar OBP-1.
-Celinder J Update 4, the one in the Basschat banner
-Fender Standard Jazz Bass fretless, modded with Custom Shop 60's pickups, a new pickguard and an epoxied fingerboard.

From top to bottom:
-Yamaha TRB5II. All original.
-Yamaha TRB5F. Refinished, new fingerboard. For sale.
-Yamaha BB N5II. All original, will never ever be sold, for it was my first 5-string.
-Cobelens & de Bruyne Primo. I have an endorsement of these guys and this was the first bass they built for me. They're building a new one for me as we speak
And almost my ultimate amp:

-Aguilar AG500SC with 2 Aguilar DB112's.
I'm going to have serious problems now. I don't know which bass to bring when.

One of the best amps I've ever heard. And I own it.

Hi all,
Since today I'm the proud owner of the black Celinder that's on top of this page. It's an awesome bass, but I have a question: it has an OBP-1 preamp, and on the bass pot/passive tone is a trimpot. Does anyone know what that's for?
