  1.

2006 Indonesian made model which IMHO are better than the Mexican Fenders at that time.
Upgraded with Tone Rider pickups, but the original Seymour Duncan designed pickups are included.
Tone rider Jazz Plus pickups - https://tonerider.com/product/jazz-plus/?v=79cba1185463
Beautiful maple neck and finger board and natural body.
Medium to low action at the moment, very few marks on it. There is a slight dent in the fingerboard above the 7th fret (see picture) but it can’t be felt during play.
As you can see, it has a white pick guard and 70’s period style plastic knobs.
The original black pick guard is also included.
VGC Gator GW Bass hard case included - only a minor scuff on one of the corners (again, see pictures).

Weight is 4.5 kg on my kitchen scales - see picture

Price is £300 or £315 delivered

Sire Marcus Miller V7 2nd Gen 5 String Jazz Bass + Hard Case Excellent Condition

2020 model that has seen very little use. I've just had new strings and a professional setup - it is truly mint.

    Currently Strung with a B, E, A, D, G

The hard case is a Kinsman model which has seen better days - it's road worn but still fully functional in protecting the instrument. The case has some marks and small tears on the top, but these just add to the character and disguise the quality of the instrument inside. The case comes with a key.

It wasn’t massively noisy, but there was some hum, despite the split coil. Any pickup will hum if it’s picking up interference, it’s just a matter of how much and how loud. At least that’s been my experience. TBH, I think it was/is a poor show by Fender to not have any shielding in the cavities of a £1k instrument. After all, the JMJ has modern (albeit reliced) Hipshot tuners, so it’s not an authentic ’60s repro, if that’s their excuse for not using conductive paint in the cavities.

Mine was noisy too  - relatively easily fixed though with a roll of copper tape and soldering iron.

  5. Fender Dee Dee Ramone Precision Bass, Olympic White with Hiscox Hard Case - great condition

Superb Fender tone in this 2014 MIM signature model

Overall it’s in great condition, but there are a couple of things worth pointing out:

    1: An additional strap button hole has been drilled in the horn - there’s a screw in there. I don’t know why, it was done by a previous owner;

2: Theres a tiny dink on the bottom - maybe 3 mm across. The paint hasn’t been damaged.

The photos show the condition - superb!

The case is typical Hiscox quality (ESB-STD model) and is also in great condition with keys included - taped to the underside of the flap, where they should probably stay

Collection from Kinnoull Hill area of Perth or it can be posted fully insured for an extra £20
