Sold a Chuck Sher book to Simon.
No problems at all.
Happy improvising mate.
Thanks again. -
V.Good price.
Worth every penny, wouldn't be without mine. -
IMO the guy has a little too much to say about the way it's set up etc.. to be completely comfortable about buying from him.
Have heard this kind of talk before when I bought a car with a dodgy clutch. Talking around the subject but never actually admitting that a problem exists.
means he can backtrack later.
May be just me being cynical tho. -
Have you changed from a heavier to lighter gauge string?
I think lighter gauges need more relief in the neck. -
Well spotted mate, That DOES NOT look right at all.
Nice looking bass though. -
Had the pleasure of meeting Tom to hand over my Squire Fretless.
I can only agree with the above posts , a genuine guy and a true gentleman.
Thanks again Tom. -
Mark,
Glad you're pleased with it.
Shame about the delay.
Thanks for your patience mate.

Cheers Dave,
Have tried it with the saddle at various heights and even took the saddle off for a quick looksie, but nothing looks out of place or broken.
Hope I don't I need a new saddle.
Thanks
Joe
[quote name='cd_david' post='706749' date='Jan 9 2010, 05:01 PM']Check to see the E saddle is not sitting on the bass plate. I had a piezo which did this when the saddle block was touching the plate., it must earth out? but a small amount of lift in the height adjustment screws sorted it immediately.

Hello All,
Just took possession of A peizo Stingray and it seems there's some sort of issue with the peizo saddle of the E string. Theres no output from it at all. Has anyone else had to rectify this issue?
Could it be something simple or is this going to cost me?
I'd be grateful for any help you lot may be able to provide.

Selling my VMJ Fretless as I don't really play it that much.
Excellent starter fretless with a great neck. Fitted with flats.
Have put a red tort plate on it but thats the only Mod.
Has slight grazes to neck from previous use of roundwounds, apart from that its in great condition. -

Would you consider a straight sale?
-
Excellent stuff. Nice playing and a cracking sound. Ooh, and some mighty fine Basses too.

Very Nice.
Open to trades at all? -
Really tempted to say I'm interested and can afford this so I can come along and have a go. Think it's my ideal bass.
Sadly that would just be p@@sing you about.
I'd have to selll the kids to afford this.
