I'll try and get down - used to love playing there in spite of the miserable tight sod that runs it.
Yeah, know what you mean about the landlord. The only saving grace is that the last few times we have played there he has buggered off somewhere else with his cronies and left his bar manager to run it. Bass Bunny, just after I posted the question I saw your comment on NWB, damned clever of you. Kev. I also have the 4 string Artiste version (on the left in profile pic) which I will not be parting with under any circumstances, though I may have it converted to a fretless if Status ever get back to me with a price.
 2.
Do I know you Bluesbassman?
Err, I dunno , but as Bass Bunny says, if you have seen After Hours then we probably have met. If not, then we are at The Old Black Bull on Friargate on the 22nd August, if your not gigging come say hello. That's a point, how you know I'm with After Hours Bass Bunny? Have we met?
 3. With great regret something has to go to fund my new Warwick $$ NT Corvette 5 , so it has to be my 1996 Status Energy 5 string. From the 1996 catalogue; The Status Energy bass combines two Hyperactive™ high resolution pick ups with pre-shaped active electronics featuring master volume, balance and active treble cut/boost controls to create a bass with masses of punch. The bolt on neck is constructed from rock maple with dual graphite rods for extra rigidity and a hard wearing Indian rosewood fingerboard. Body is in African utile with a glass black lacquer finish. All hardware is black finish. It is the one on the right in my profile pic and is identical to the middle one in the attached catalogue page. Guitar is in immaculate condition, fitted with Rotosound™ swing bass strings and includes a Status gig bag. Bass centre offered me £350 in px and said they would retail it at around £550- 600. So I am looking to split the difference and would be looking for offers above £450. I am in North West but travel regularly to the West Midlands.
 4.
I am between Cheltenham & Cirencester and travel down to Bristol for rehearsals quite regularly if that helps? Mark
'k. I will be in Cheltenham week commencing 10th Aug. Will get in touch then if not sold it.
 5.
Price drop bump! Need to get this moving guys - any interest?
Where in 'South West' are you? Covers a big area that. May be interested as a companion to my 210.
 6. Hi Rob. No worries, finally got around to putting on here and a couple of other places. Part of me doesn't want to sell it, but I need the room! You don't really want a Rickenbacker surely!!
 7. Ok, much as it grieves me my Ampeg PR-1832HE bass enclosure has got to go. The PR-1832HE is a four-way full range bass speaker system, made in the good ole' US of A. This enclosure packs the punch of traditional 2-10 / 4-10 cabinets, but with the added advantage of the built-in 18" subwoofer. This enclosure is designed for high SPL and low distortion. The frequency response is smooth and accurate all the way down to 35Hz. The PR-1832HE features A a single 18", 400 watt, 4" diameter flat wound voice coil sub low frequency transducer Two 10", 150 watt low frequency transducers Two 6 -1/2", 75 watt closed-back mid-frequency transducers And a bullet horn tweeter to finish it off. This cabinet is biampable between the 18" sub and the 2-10" low frequency components. Power hanlind is 600W in full range and 1200 W in programmable (whatever that means! ) Tilt-back cabinet design, 3” dolly-style casters and a heavy-duty rear bar handle make the cabinet easy to move around. Heavy-duty self-retracting side handles facilitate loading and unloading. For full spec have a look here http://www.ampeg.com/pdf/PR-1528.PDF. Its the bigger one of the two, don't confuse with the smaller 1528. Is in generally good nick for something that is 10 years old, acoustically great, cosmetically, the carpet covering is a bit tired at the bottom and the 2 lower corner protectors are missing. Priced dropped at £395, . It is in Preston Lancs. Buyer will have to collect, and don't expect to get it into the back of a mini Call me on 07780 552606. Doug, After Hours Blues Band
