Anty i'll find out for you this evening, I would be more than happy to post unfortunately i'm in work atm. Could we perhaps discuss finer details in private messages?
Sorry Kev and Out To Play Jazz, i'll get some pictures up this evening, got a bit side tracked with Music Theory stuff and also went out for a works leaving do. But they'll be here at around 6:30 :-) -
The bass is passive Anty, sounds great with a Big Muff and Big Muff Bass, infact just sounds great.
Kev i'll take some photos tonight and post them on here and i'll send you a PM when this is done!
Andy thanks for the indepth info again, really didn't know they were part of such a big family :-)
very nice amp and i have a dual myself
Why thank you! It is an exceptional piece of kit but it's just not for me! -
Hi Guys!
Well i've had this for about a month now traded with the amazing Mr. Iamf37 over on Musicradar Forum and it really is a stunning amp, he's looked after it brilliantly before we traded and I've given equal care and attention to such a great amp, however I am now absolutely sure now that this isn't the amp for me.
The sounds is absolutely amazing, it looks the business and ease of use is exceptional. Really big sounding amp and the switchable down to 10W makes this a really versatile amp but unfortunately It's just not quite the sound I'm really looking for, horses for courses and all that.
If you're looking at this you probably know what it's all about i'll link you to the blackstar website for all the technical information. http://www.blackstaramps.co.uk/products/ar.../artisan30.html
It comes with it's cover and all the instructions and is really in exceptional condition as the photos will show in the album link...

I am looking for £800 delivered within reasonable distance or meet halfway or £750 collected to you lovely people on here!
May have my arm twisted to courier it and it will be safely packaged but it will be at cost to you!
Not really looking for trades on this as I need the majority of the money to fund my forthcoming PGCE.
Happy Hunting Guys!
Many Thanks

Hi guys!
I am selling my recently purchased Farida FJB-20 in sunburst! This is an absolutely cracking piece of kit, when I tried it out I played alongside a US Jazz Bass (which it was the most comparable to) and some of the Mexican and Japanese reissue and deluxe series and it just ran rings around them, really crisp, clear and punchy but can get deep down and dirty with a bit of roll off on the tone, seemingly has an infinite sustain and it really does sound like a good Jazz Bass should. It's a good weight as it is a solid Ash body (will give exact weight upon request.) The neck is perfectly straight, feels very slim at 35.5mm at the nut and quick to manoeuvre around has those big black blocks on it which just makes it stand out a mile and looks very cool in my opinion and the action is absolutely superb. Nice, low, instantly playable and feels just like silk!
Below is the link which also has a photo of the bass, i'll again provide more photos upon request however they're being taken on an iPhone so not excellent quality but will give you the jist of just how stunning this bass is, plus I am in work atm so can't upload any.

I am not looking for a trade on this at all, I have a Rickenbacker 4003 which really is my main bass (and have gone back to playing rhythm g***ar in the band :-S) and also as I really need the money as I have decided to go back to university this September to do a PGCE in secondary music.
I paid £470 (w/o the gig bag) for it from Dawsons 2 months ago and it has been used for 1 practice and 1 gig so is still in near mint condition, I will accept £250 ovno with a well padded Warwick Gig Bag and I am more than willing to include, well packed, shipping in that price.
Many Thanks

I'm pushing more for the sale as i've got my eye on something atm, but what have you got in mind?

Hi Guys
I've decided after a long and careful decision that I'm definitely more of a 6 string player than a 12 string and with a heavy heart I've decided to part company with my beautiful Takamine 12 string I bought this from new in Dawsons in Chester around 15 months ago and i've literally played it on a handful of occasions in that time period and as such It's in immaculate condition, no scuffs, no dings and a few plectrum marks on the pick guard. It looks stunning and the flaming on the back of the body is stunning. It's the most glorious sounding 12 string i've ever heard, really bright and yet warm. very easy to play i've had it professionally set up and the nut replaced by a luthier at a cost of nearly £100 3 months ago and it's now quite simply one of the best 12 strings you'll ever play.
Please find some pictures attached:
http://s892.photobucket.com/albums/ac126/timmchale/
I'm asking for offers in the region of £300 taking into consideration it'll be restrung with a fresh set of D'addarios, comes with is heavy duty gig bag and the cost of the setup from the luthier.
Drop me a line with offers please I would really prefer collection or delivery as I'm dubious of posting acoustic guitars anywhere. But if you insist it'll be at your cost but i guarantee it'll be packed with thorough care.
A bit of technical from Takamine: http://www.takamine.com/?fa=detail&mid=741&sid=69
Many Thanks
