Now where is that lucky buyer? This beast would slay the unsuspecting listener (victim)!! The original one (this included) are better than the newer ones (quite common but still just in my opinion...). How about this? I'll even do some coffee throw in a lesson (if you need one of course) and have a general bass chat to the buyer (if he or she picks up). Or the boring old postage (buyer arranged...) Any takers?

Still have this!!! Ok. Show some Steinberger love ya'll... Ned is a genius and even his 'lower priced' stuff is clever! If I did not have my fantastic ACG headless, I would keep this as for travel/back up/light weight/jam etc... bass. Lots of reasons to have one...come on! I'll even throw in free coffee, lesson (If you need of course) and general bass chat (all if you pickup of course...) As stated I could do the boring old postage...arranged by the buyer...

[SOLD] Bartolini 84M 56CX splittable quad coil bass pickup set (bridge/neck). Used but in great condition. Ok! I've reduced this and made a small change! Linked to Facebook as well! I've decided to part with this awesome beast. Highly and professionally upgraded. Supremely flexible with solid tones from Motown, Funk to Latin and Jazz, it has never let me down. I'll never get the money back that I spent on it (or the labour of love put in).... It needs a good home now and to be played (it was being neglected as I'm using some endorsed stuff). 5 string, 35" scale, maple neck and fingerboard with binding and blocks, natural finish ash body. (Marcus Miller land). Few work marks (it is a working bass but in good condition). Ok the mods: John East J-Retro deluxe active preamp (the best!!) Schaller M4S tuners (solid and true) Delano JC 5AL (modern and clean) Fret job (new frets so no unevenness and buzzing) Kahler whammy bridge with original arm and two custom made extras (Solid, flexible, and unique) String tru body (with ferrules) option (it does make a difference) Fender basic gig bag DR hi beam set (brand new in the box) Schaller strap locks (in gold. Safety!) And I'll chuck in a Trinidad made leather/nylon strap. Phew....any questions? This must go to pursue another dream so reduced but such a good instrument that I am a bit saddened actually very sad , However I'm sure it wil make someone else very happy [open to reasonable offers] I had this bass from new in 2007 (a very good 'Jazz' copy) and gradually had the modifications professionally done to make it a true one of a kind, and versatile instrument. It needs to be played more and I can't justify keeping it as I have acquired a couple new instruments. It has a few marks from use over the years but nothing major so its in great condition. "Does this screw into the body or is it fixed with adhesive?" You can do any or both! On my first trials I used double sided tape (especially as I didn't want to drill any more holes in those basses),but when I decided that it was good on a particular bass, I screwed it on for a more permanent or stable fixture (then I sold that bass so took it off for future use..). The screws to be used will be quite small but it's still a decision to be made by the owner of the bass....

One of the best from Dunlop. Very flexible and so great with bass guitar! I am not using as I've gone back to multi-effect pedals. NOW SOLD. Much thanks!! [s]The Steinberger SST-111 strings are double-ball strings for Steinberger headless basses. For 5 String bass guitars with a low B. I bought these and realized they won' fit my long scale bass. They will fit standard 34" basses. So brand new, unused in original package etc. Or I'll trade for a 5 string set of similar value strings (or headed or headless bass)[/s]
