    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][color=#000000][b]The cab is based on the same sonic footprint as the DB 112, and is a great mid sized cabinet for medium to large venues. The full sound of the 12" speakers is complimented by a birch cabinet that is tuned to have a punchy midrange. Comes with robust castors which minimises the 70lb weight but aren't on the pic![/b][/color][/font]

    [font=SF Optimized, system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, .SFNSText-Regular, sans-serif][color=#000000]The bass has a spalted alder body, a hybrid rosewood fingerboard like a cross between Brazilian and Pau-Ferro. Jimmy built the bass for Aguilar to use at NAMM 2010 for them to show their pickups and preamp. The spalted alder basses tend to sound vintage but "real tubby" and Jimmy actually preferred this bass with the Aguilar electronics because they bring out some clarity and focus that the bass has. The bass has one flaw, the inlays are slightly off center. It's really hard to see but if you look close enough it's there[/color][/font]

    [color=#282828][size=4][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]The controls include the normal pick up volumes, tone, a mid cut/boost and a stacked treble/bass boost which is powerful!. [/font][/size][/color]

It has one tiny mark on the finish at the bottom, and a light graze which are quite hard to see. Gibson Custom Shop pulled out all the stops on this ltd edition ES335 in Carlton Burst to replicate Larry's 67 to his satisfaction, no longer in production so has become collectable and can be delivered f.o.c.on A1/M1 corridor, NE or Central London.[/size][/font][/color]

    [color=#34495E][font=Lato, sans-serif][size=4]I have had a few ES335's and this is by far the best but as a bass player and a Kossoff 59 RI it doesn't get the playing time it merits. Need to see £2350 on this beauty but would consider a P/ex with cash my way with a Fender CS Guitar or old EB3 or a swap with an Alleva Coppolo P Bass[/size][/font][/color]

    Great guy, just traded my DB115 and cash for his Ampeg Portaflex and cab, great guy and a pleasure to meet !

    Sure our paths will cross again as long as he doesn't put his back out with my Aguilar cab !!!
