Hi there in sunny reading!!
I was down there yesterday helping to get a poor bloke to ride down to the town centre in a sinclair C5 to do some shopping. -
I,d be very wary of one of these inlaid fingerboards unless you are handy with fret stoning and filing as my tony tsai 7 string took a lot of work to get playing well.
Still it was worth the effort as it sounds great. -

You can use a Palmer PGA-03 tranformer isolated guitar splitter box, gives you one signal into 2 out with no nasty humming noises. -

That,s the prettiest svt2 I,ve ever seen!!
Well cool!!! -
As far as I understand it, the Theremin, designed by a russian scientist called Leon theremin was the first regognised synthesizer ever built.
It was produced by the RCA company back in the thirties( I think) and they are worth a bomb now if you can find one tho there a multitude of kit versions you can build yourselfaround today. -
Check out Kiwi,s midi 6 bass that jon,s building at the mo for an example of a midi bass for triggering a synthesizer.

A lot of fair comments on here about this, and green tinted is probably their finest hour but if you,re prepared for a bit of a listen check out 'addicted to that rush' for nothing other than a chance to jump up and down on the sofa AS PER men behaving badly and get a bit of air guitar/bass.
Electric drill rock at it,s best!!! -
Cheque in post!!

Hi all!
My band is Limeshark ( link at bottom of post )
We are an original rock band with I suppose what you could call a progressive edge, we,ve been together for a few years now and are always tweaking and experimenting with our sound and song writing styles and we,ve changed quite a bit since the first few demos.
Our first real album was released at the beginning of 2008 and we recieved a few good reviews including one from Geoff Barton of Classic Rock magazine ( the full review is in our 'press' section ).
We are currently writing for a follow up which we hope to have done by the autumn.
The album and all the early demos are on the site to be heard and there are four promo videos on there including our latest opus 'Stygian'

Hi there!
Welcome to the forum from one that still rides. -
that could get really annoying moving up and down the fretboard.
Surely no more than a single cut bass as your thumb should be behind the neck and not hanging over the top edge.
This is afterall a design exercise. -
Might I suggest you get the prototype to some of the 'bassbash' gatherings this year and let people try it for themselves.
I might be interested in a ten inch speaker option if you decide to make one, I like tens.... I have quite a few of them. :-) -
For what it,s worth, how about shape 2 but with the top horn joining with the body again further up (just for fun and the fact it hasn,t been done before) so it makes a bigger semi circle in the cutaway line and forms a handle for easy carrying :-)

NBZ used to rehearse at a studio back in the late eighties where I used to work and I remember having to always have to chase them up for their studio hire account.
Roman holiday!! Yeahh I remember them.. did a cool rocknroll number called Motormania!! -
Nice rig!
The SVT2 pro is a great amp, enjoy. -
I said that for years and finally got a 4003 just a couple of years back and love it to bits.
I used it in our 'blindside video and with it now tuned bead it really roars!!. -
It's a curse and a burden, knowing about things.
Be thankful that loonies like me are rare, and we live in a lovely world run by people who know f@ck-all about anything and because of that, everything's great for everyone!

Long live the King of Japcrap!!!! -
Our guitarist wanted to trash a guitar during one of our videos and the vintage was just sitting there at the time.
You can see the throw about halfway thru and the bounce in the closing scenes.
It,s on our website, video is for'Burn'.
The neck of the guitar is hung on my wall where I,m sitting.
