1. Great equipment from a top bloke. I was going to buy the Eden Cabs but circumstances have not allowed it. The Shrek is asking very reasonable prices for fantastic equipment. Hope you sell these mate Colin
2. Hi Mr Shrek Would you be interested in selling the Eden cabs without the amp? I will be over in Ireland at the begining of April!! Where in Northern Ireland do you live? Also have some family in Northern Ireland who could possibly pick them up if thats too long a wait. How many watts each? Cheers Colin
3. Hi just wondering what you ended up with in the end? I had a LMII and got a Genzbenz shuttle 6.0 just for the tube and love it. The mark bass was great too but I like messing around with the tube pre amp. Colin
4. Cheers Stewart! The Bongo is everything I had hoped it would be!! Totally brilliant! Stewart is also a top man to deal with. Thanks for the bumpity bump bump and an excuse for another one!! Colin
5. Thanks for that. I was thinking around £200 ish maybe if I am lucky as well. Its an ok bass but nothing special and has done me for a good few years until I saw a photo of a musicman bongo and instantly wanted one Colin
6. Hi all. This is definately up for sale now as I got my new guitar today Open to offers as I dont really know how much this is worth??? Any ideas or suggestions would be gratefully recieved! Cheers Colin
7. Hi everyone I am selling my Jackson 5 string bass as soon as I get my hands on a musicman bongo on Sunday woohoo! I really have no idea how much the Jackson is worth so am open to suggestions and offers. I got a good deal with it about 7 years ago and the RRP was £699 or £599 (I cant remember which). It is made in Japan and the build quality is pretty good. Its really growly sounding and plays well. Sorry to see this go as Ive enjoyed playing it. Obviously it has picked up a few minor dings which are really not noticable unless you are looking. If you can help can you suggest how much this is worth now so as I can sell it at the correct price. Cheers Colin

9. Thanks everybody. Not everything made sense but I'll go with new technology making the power transformer smaller and lighter and I liked the phone charger analogy!! Cheers Colin
10. Hi I have an EBS 4x10 and little mark II and it sounds awsome so there is no reason that you 2x10 wouldn't sound great!
11. Hi everybody Im new to bass chat and all so though I would say hi and ask this question... I have recently bought a Little mark II amp which is totally brilliant and was wondering how they make it so small and light compared to other amps. I noticed that the Genzbenz shuttle amps are even lighter!!! Why are the normal amps that we have been using for years much heavier? Like what is in them that the little mark doesn't have? Just curious! Colin
12. I need some help from you guys. I have an SWR 350x which gives me 350 watts at 4ohms. I use a 4 ohm cab and get 350 watts. The manual for the amp says that at 2ohms I will get 450watts but not to run the amp continuosly like this as it will get really hot and may get damaged. So if I was to get another 4 ohm cab ill be running at 2ohms and risk smoking my amp? Is that right? Will this happen even at quarter volume or even half volume? Can I rewire the cabs to run in series and therefore get 4ohms and not heat my amp up to much? Ive been scratching my head about this and am going bald now! Colin
13. Hi everybody I was just wondering what combinations of cabs you all use and why? Is it a 4x10 on its own or 1x15 plus a 2x10 together or 2x12 etc etc! Im just curious as Im looking to add a cab to my 1x15 such as 2x10 either that or get a 4x10 or 2x12 to run on their own....... is this confusing ir what!! Cheers Colin
14. I think that the dynamics of playing the bass does include the volume of each note but also a lot more. You can emphasis different notes by playing them louder or softer just like a good singer would emphasis different notes to give the music feeling. Along side this the lenght of note I have found to very important in some types of music. Varying the lengh of different notes in combination with volume can make your instrument groove and sound very musical. I played for years concentrating on keeping my playing tight... but only at the start of each note and not giving much thought to the end of the note. You can stil keep it tight even when varying the lenght of notes. Just be careful when and where. Comming to mind right now would be your note choice and order of notes.... some notes sound better or worse depending on what came before hand....... not to mention complementing the rest of the band.... blah blah blah....

17.
As with my Euphonic Audio cab, I'm not really sure if I want to part with this as it's a damned good and in immaculate condition. It's also voiced perfectly for my ABM 210T and my ABM 115 which was upgraded by Ashdown with a neodymium speaker bringing it up to 400w - which are not for sale. Let me know if there is any interest.
Hi I am interested in this amp. What pedals are you selling it with and would you be willing to send it by courier? Colin
