What would be a good preamp/modeller/driver/DI to go straight into a PA? Before everyone starts naming bespoke, top of the range items, please bear in mind that the budget is low. When I say low, I mean that I was looking at a Behringer BDI21, low.

I know it might be a little over budget, however this weekend I used my TC Electronics Spectra drive straight into my Church's PA, it worked really well.
They aren't boutique at all, but they are feature laden and can be obtained second hand for a modest price, but obviously more than the Behringer ones discussed, although it does have the advantage of compression, drive and 4-band EQ.
