Fantastic drive pedal, very flexible combination of clean blend, tone, added depth control and mid shift, owned from new so in orginal box with the bits and peices that came with it, only had home use so in pretty good condition, just surplus to requirement as I have pretty much settled on COG as my favourite drive sound

Quick question for those of you that have worked your way through numerous different BBs, I've been fighting the urge to get a friend for my 1100s and a 1600 has shown up on my radar at a reasonable price, I was initially thinking along the lines of a 2000 or 3000 but I'm very tempted by the 1600 but the only comparison of 1100s and 1600 essentially said they are the same but the S is active, is that right? I love the neck on mine, are the 2000 or 3000 series similar neck wise to the 1100s?

And withdrawn, please close

As always will listen to reasonable offers and maybe trades/part trades for interesting Cog pedals/fuzzrocious zuul/fea dual channel compressor/ or anything interesting, I like dirty sounds heading into Tim Commerford territory😁

Hi Harry, is this still looking for a loving home?

One last go before this goes on Ebay

Again, recent purchase but my Genz is wowing me so this has to go
Very little use from me but it's almost definately been gigged, case is a bit scratched and it looks like it has been rack ounted at some point as on one side, aroound one of the rack mount screws the case is, well, bulging a bit is the most accurate description, not sure I've been able to capture it in the pics but I can try harder if you need!
Works a treat and comes with a MB softcase, price includes insured shipping

Picked this quite recently on a whim but I've fallen for a Genz so this is now surplus to requirements
Only been used a handful of time by me and never left the house, can't comment on it's previous life but looks in good condition so i doubt it's been gigged much if at all
Price includes insured shipping
Cheers

😥 not entirely surprised😁

Ah, I remember you mentioning Mr Shuker when we did the TRB/Boomslang trade, it does sound a bit 'fatey' , can;t really argue with that😁

There's been quite a few that I regret not jumping on but the two that haunt me (I still have thd links saved) were both Shukers, the Rockinfreakapotamus Flea stye in battleship grey and the tasty orange Jaffa or Tigger jazz with reverse headstock, I'd be willing to cull a lot of the current herd to fund either of those two!

Just lodging an interest in the Magellan if you decide to split at some point, no room for more cabs here unfortunatley😢

Congrats. Thats pretty reasonable I think. You never know, if the bass player from Tool starts using Wilkes basses, you could be on to a proper result....🤣
Good point, think he's originally from Tonbridge, I'll see if I can have a word with his mum, persuade him Wilkes is the way forward😁

And I've gone in with both feet😁 Very friendly and helpful seller, I asked if she could do a deal if I took both and she came back with 850 for the pair, I know Wilkes have sold for less but I'm OK with paying 2nd hand Mex Fender prices for this sort of quality that and I've always loved an ebony fretboard😁She's volunteered her husbands delivery services too so they're getting to me safely and quicker than a courier, now I just need to move on some of the existing herd😣

Just posted a link to that on the Yamaha BB mega thread, looks like an SB from 1972 not sure which version, unusual looking beastie but being a Yamaha should be quality, not my cuppa though😁

Not a BB but this is interesting
Quick research says it's an SB circa 1972, don;t know which one, not my cup of tea but might be of interest to someone here?

All good points, tbh I didn't examine all the pics too closely as I'm a righty so no actual interest for me, that action does look worrying😕

As if I wasn;t tempted enough I was just researching Villex pups on youtube and stumbled upon this exact bass used on a Rythm Stick cover by Mr Higgie
