2. This is currently on hold, pending trade... Update: the bass has been fully serviced by a luthier with new strings and a set up, aswell as partially fixing the issue with one of the switches. For sale is this G&L L2000 in Blueburst with a rosewood fretboard It's an active bass with American Made MFD humbuckers, tri tone preamp with Passive, Active and Active with treble boos switch Series/ Parralel Switch Pickup selector (Neck, both, bridge) G&L locking bridge The bass is in absolute mint condition, I have yet to find a single blemish. It's very versatile, can do the P sound really good with neck pickup solo'd, in passive with series, and can also do the MM sound with the bridge pickup in active mode. Made in Indonesia in 2010 I believe. It plays really good, and sounds fantastic. I was seriously considering buying an American made G&L due to how good this is The only issue with the bass is that the active/parallel switch is slightly dodgy in the sense that whenever one switches from active to parallel or vice-versa, the bass seems to turn off, to fix this the knob should be slightly moved and it starts to work again. Not really a problem for me as I kept it in active mode anyway in series. The pickup selector works fine regardless of this, its just switching from parallel to series and active to passive. It is an easy fix I'm guessing which a luthier can surely do, I'm inexperienced with such things though and prefer not to touch it in case it goes wrong. I've taken this into account and further decreased the price for £300. I'm only selling this as I'm looking to buy something else on this forum £300 Pickup from West Midlands. Thanks.

 5. Price Drop: 750 For Sale Only: Music Man Bongo 5 H in Sapphire Black This is a Music Man Bongo in Sapphire Black with a Black Pearl pickguard, Has A single humbucking pickup in the "sweet spot", Neodymium pickup with 3 Band EQ for bass, mids and treble. 18 volt preamp. The condition is pretty good, however there are some blemishes due to the amount its been gigged. I've highlighted any blemishes in the pictures. There's one or two tiny marks on the side of the body, 2 chips on the side of the neck (only small however), some wear to the back of the lower horn, wear to the headstock, the bass knob seems to be a bit slanted which may have been due to it being knocked, but apart from that its great. The finish has been removed from the neck revealing a satin finish, much more comfortable imo. I've just restrung this as well with new strings. I accidentally cut the D string too short but fixed this with a sheet bend lol. Its a fantastic bass with no problems at all, Though I much prefer 4 stringers, don't really have much of a use for the 5th string (apart from it being an excellent thumb rest). After taking into account some signs of cosmetic wear, I'm selling this at the low price of £750 for a quick sale. Would like a Sale only please as I don't need another bass. £750 Collection from West Midlands Please. Would prefer pickup so you can try before you buy. 6.
My guess is "Birmingham", but I may be wrong. It also could be "Birmingham, Alabama". We can't be sure it's in the West Mids.
I'm in Birmingham, UK (West Mids)
 7. Looking for a Sale or Trade. Not really specific on what bass I want in terms of a trade, so offer me what basses you've got. For Sale or Trade here is a Fender Jazz Bass made in the year 1988, in Japan. The Fender Basses to come out of Japan at this time were of fantastic quality, as anyone would know. It was originally a fretted bass, however I had it professionally defretted by the guys at Lakestone Guitars, Birmingham. It could be refretted if you prefer that however. This bass has many signs of wear such as dings, scratches, dents etc to the body due to it being nearly 30 years old, however none of the cosmetic wear affects the play-ability or sound of the instrument. It's been fully set up, for a low action, the neck is straight, and a shim has been placed. Currently strung with flatwounds so as not to scratch the rosewood fingerboard ( I have used roundwounds on this bass however i noticed some scratches so I stopped). Everything on this bass is original, except for the tortoise pickguard, I don't have the original. I've replaced the bridge for a gold wilkinson bridge, the pickup covers are replaced to white covers and the knobs are replaced to stratocaster style vintage knobs. The orignal Knobs, pickup covers and bridge will provided with the sale/ trade. I'll provide a warwick rockbag gig bag with the bass. Trade-wise I am looking for a fretted bass of similar value.. Price is £600 which is fairly low considering the mojo this bass has. Do contact if you need anymore pictures or information Serial Number: G025525
