Not so sure about parting with it..
But I'm reorganizing my gear and for my current needs, I'm not using this instrument at the moment as I also have other 5 string jazz style instruments.

I might consider a trade, or exchange, for a different instrument, maybe something more modern, or 4 or 5 strings.. with active preamp

This Olinto is a sensational instrument, maybe the best passive jazz 5 I've ever tried.. a very woody and organic voice.. it doesn't sound like the typical maple fretboard instrument.. it sounds very 60's.. it even has a sound that seems older than my 66 jazz!!

I’m considering selling or trading this jewel.
the instrument is in really good condition, some minimal signs of use, the bass is ready to play. No defects, the neck is perfect, the Truss rod responds impeccably and is smooth as butter to operate.

bass bought from a well known English shop 1 year ago, unfortunately in the end I feel more comfortable with my old precision.

Good weight for a WAL.. only 4,4 kg

I can evaluate exchanges/trades with even high value instruments, as long as they are of interest to me..  (old fenders are welcome) or high end basses

I should ask to Spencer Lull or screws the neck off..  the owner before did not knew it.. but I think it should have 10/15 years due to specs and style

anyway.. the neck is perfect! Action is ready to race!! Truss rod works as it should!

ciao, Spencer Lull mi ha confermato che il basso era stato ordinato passivo ma con predisposizione per eventuale elettronica attiva..

Spencer Lull told me that the bas was ordered with big rear cavity and battery box to allow an active preamp
