1. Ok will do, could get a three way trade going
2. I would if I didn't have a 51 squier precision, I don't doubt being a cij it's a better bass. But I found that even after replacing the pick up for a wizard item it lacked a little something. A pair of barts solved the problem. If I thought I could trade it on for a cij jazz easily I'd take it.
3. Only if you could make me a plane
4. Saturday night bump
5. There's no faults other than have been stated, Plays great and sounds great. But it's not for me, I've probably only used it six times. Bought it on a whim really. As to your pm, I figured that if I asked 500 for it someone would try and beat me down to 350 or offer me some 70's balsa wood japcrap for it.
6. Saturday morning bump
7. friday bump
8. Me too
9. There is a price on the heading, but if no one noticed it's £550 ono. Ive come to realise after having four jazzes, im a jazzman. and whilst it'll give you those sound's and much more. It aint a jazz, it's so much more than that. Its everything basswise that leo invented.
10. o.n.o bump

16. Bump back to the top
17. Having read the original thread again, i dont think it does the bass justice. How it sound's and play's is probably better than anything ive owned, better than any U.S fender, MM or rickenbacker. Which to most are the benchmark. Guess im to traditional when it comes to look's, if it looked like a jazz i'd never part with it. As for the wear and finish, i'd say its no different than a friend's early 80's strat. With the off white crazed finish, so a real fender at heart. And was made in the factory when leo was still clocking in and out every day. The closest most of us will get to a pre cbs fender i guess.
18. 1983 G&L sb2 bass, traded on here late last year. Looking to trade for a 60's 70's re issue jazz bass in white or black or a white jaguar bass. Heres a link to the original thread (hopefully jigster wont mind me re posting it) http://basschat.co.u...-sb2-1983-l500/
