This girls playing makes me cry.

Her technique is flawless. Her innovation is spectacular. She is musical, in so much as no notes are wasted.

I honestly think she is the best bassist I have heard since Jaco. I think we are about to witness the next bass phenomenon.

And she has some proper bass face....

It's certainly a thought but I am not aware of too many bassists in rock bands that play sitting down (happy to be corrected tho) and to be honest I would feel a bit of a twat if I did!!

Who cares, start a new trend, sitting is good enough for the big guy :D

  6. Disclosure were superb on Friday with Howard playing live bass (Fender Jazz) and getting some mean tones from it.

Enjoyed Nao, Does anyone know who the bass player is? He plays a Musicman through a plethora of effects to give a synth / keyboard sound. .

  7. I think Monz had one but he has not been active since March 2015.
It had plenty of 'balls' as I remember.

In the late 70s a mate's band "7 Year Itch" were doing OK, they were actually "big in Spain". They were taken to court by another band with the same name. They lost.
No problem they thought, they just changed the bands name to an abbreviation of the guitarists name, which brought the world "Wamm", just prior to a certain young duo's first hit.
They gave up soon after that.

Bugger, I remember watching a band called '7 Year Itch' and now I am confused as to which one I saw!
