Thanks for the history update, Steve. If I hadn't bought a Dingwall, (and now need a second, shorter scale) I would keep it as my back-up bass, but time and the missus dictates... cheers, Shaun

This has to go, so the price is reduced to £875 +p&p... Fender American Standard Jazz Bass (with a couple of mods) Born 02/2015 ; Serial number US14039926 ; Olympic White / Rosewood fingerboard Full specs here: https://serialnumberlookup.fender.com/product/0193700705 So... the guy I bought this bass from upgraded the pickups to a pair of Aguilar AG 4J-HC Hum Cancelling ones. I then went one further and added an East J-Tone Vol/Blend preamp. I have the original loaded control plate and Fender pickups which I will send out with the bass. The olympic white is ageing nicely. There is a ding in the paintwork behind the top horn, not noticeable from the front about 1cm across (pic). It will come in an old, but serviceable Hiscox hard case, P+P at buyers expense.
