I had a Ned Callan Custom Bass, just like the one John is playing. Not really long scale more of a medium scale bass. Also had an EBO and yes I think they sound was similar. I sold the Ned Callan on ebay in 2003 for £200 and the EBO many years before that. Great thread, brings back memories
