  1. Hi all! Thanks for the welcomes. A north of Scotland bass bash sounds like a good idea, might see if I can generate some interest Cheers, Elliot
  2. Don't put yourself down, Bert. Left handed people have some advantages over righties... apparently. Though I'm sure that you are far more graceful and elegant than the silly little thing that is a left-legged haggis. With silky white wine at hand, all frivolities are forgiven. Cheers, Elliot
  3. Sadly, I've never had the fortune of seeing a wild haggis but I'm told that the ones that run clockwise are far leaner, stronger and generally tougher than their anti-clockwise brethren. This means that their meat is generally less fatty but this is preferable to some people in Scotland. These people are usually shunned as outsiders.
  4. Thanks for the welcome messages folks. Bert, it may be deplorable but someone's got to do it and if I happen to enjoy it then that's an added bonus! I look forward to meeting some fellow haggises. Cheers, Elliot
  5. I'm Elliot and I'm from a place in the middle of nowhere in the North of Scotland. How ya doin? Oh, and I play bass, funnily enough.
