I run mine after a VT2 if its on the VT is on otherwise the tracking is poo or it won't trigger at all. I like to have synth up front because its synthesising its own tone regardless of the effect going into it. also it can sound great with a bit of octave, distortion, filter and or chorus after it

It might be a problem as a low B is 30.85 Hz and I think the thumpinator cuts at 30 so if your dropping down to C = uh oh

[/quote] All true, but the your opening line trumps all. I love my oc 2, sure I can't play it down low and yeah its staccato or not at all but the sound the sound.

Hi I'm Bryce from Australia I am an AC mechanic and have a little electrical knowledge I have been playing for about 15 years in cover and garage bands currently I am in a hip hop group and will prob be looking to join a second band later in the year after I have a months holiday in Europe. I am a member of Talkbass and Ozbass under the username Sprag My current setup is mm stingray 4, Jap squier P with Barts and a Marcus Miller sig Jazz 4 swr 350 and aggie th500 driving 3 swr SOB 15's Pedals are usually coming and going but a wishlist for future gear would be another DHA VT2 want to upgrade from my std, SFX micro thumpinator, prunes and custard, pickle pie b, and SWR IOD to go with the power 750 I'm fixing up Hope I can both pickup a few things from you guys and have something to contribute in the forums Cheers Bryce
