Glam, yes.. I can envision a healthy resurgence. I think it's about time for some loud and shameless cavorting. Too long the kids here have been playing it so cool weren't even sure they were interested in music. I haven't seen much French Glam mind you.. Maybe electro-glam, I think they still like to be able to breakdance to the tunes over there.

Hi folks, I've moved over from Talkbass since this seems less corporate, and more Eurocentric. Am I right about those things?

I'm a despicable-smarmy-Canadian but I live in England.
I keep several basses, including:

79 Rickenbacker 4001 - Burgandy skunk-stripe with badassed bridge (a priceless mod in my opinion)
93 Fender Prophesy III - Neck-through with Ebony fingerboard, and exotic beautiful Bubinga wood body (say it out-loud it's fun: Bubinga!)
TOP SECRET 3rd BASS to be announced in mid April since I am actually in negotiations to purchase him from a BC member, can't take hold of it until I get back off tour, and don't want to attract undo attention to the thing until I get my shot at it

Leave it out, if it makes its way into a case it should mean you're taking it out on the town.
