  1. I work very near to GAK and I have to use all my will power to not be in there every lunch break. Oh yeah and nice purchase
  2. Sorry left hand cramp from a right handed player. Yeah I think you might be correct to bring in strap length on this. I prefer to have it low as I can get away with then bring it up a little bit. This is mainly due to lots of ultra fast picking and having the guitar too high puts a wierd strain on my elbow on my right arm ( queue bad technique discussion ). @Lozz196 I think you might be on to something here as I have recently started getting cramps in my calves as well.
  3. I am using one of the line6 ux2 devices at the moment with ableton and the latency on it sucks as do the tones mostly. For now I have been bypassing all of its tones and using VST's. Using peavey revalver with some good impulse files has been pretty good. What I am saying is do not buy a ux2.
  4. Has anyone ever exerienced this? I had a gig at the weekend and about half way into the first song this set in. Needless to say the next 30 mins were total agony. Normally after a 3 hour practice my wrist gets kind of tired especially in some parts of songs that have insane stretches but never that quickly or to the same magnitude. Does anyone have tips on how to avoid this happening? I have since started hitting my power ball again a lot to try and strengthen my wrist fingers etc in the hopes that it will help in the long run.
  5. Hahaha thanks for all the welcomes guys.
  6. not sure yet. I am using my friends ashdown for the time being and it holds up well. The rehersal space has ampeg 8x10 which is nice. Honestly though I would love a mark bass cab as my name is mark and for no other reason.

    Oh hai

Hello peeps, Starting playing about 14 years ago first on bass then guitar and now I am back to bass and loving it. Currently playing a crappy esp ltd 5 string bass with a high string rather than low all tuned down 1 step ©D, G , D , F , A# and using a markbass sa450, cab is currently pending. I only really play using a pick, don't hate me, but it gives the tone I want when playing. Really into playing chords with a bit of fuzz on it which is great for driving the group when the guitarists are off playing harmonies. Check it out.
