1. Hi,
I've had a look through the forums but can't see any topic on mutes,
i apologise if I've missed one.

I've tried different types of sponge and materials to get the 'mute' sound but never seem to get it right.

theres a couple of mutes for sale online, does anyone have any knowledge of them? Preferred one maybe?

of course i could use my palm to mute but I'm interested in adding a 'non fixed' mute.

any help would be welcome .

thanks !

2. Its in Burgundy Mist with the matching headstock, rosewood, Ash body, Lollar Pick ups. It has a light relic finish. I do have the 3 in a line Jazz configuration, that ill include in the sale, if you'd prefer that, rather than the stack knob. ( aged/ relic'd to suit the bass )

This bass plays like a dream, (8.5lbs) its light weight and has a smooth and slim neck profile.

I've had this bass a couple of years, direct from Nash.
its a real eye catching bass.

I've used the bass less than a handful of times, due to the fact I'm more of a precision bass player. I had this bass for the aesthetics and love of jazz basses.
you can see clips of the bass in this video. It has been well looked after and cherished.

Nothing fancy just the Sennheiser EW300IEMG2 . along with ACS T2 in ear moulds. no claims being made..
maybe if you're using an in ear system but not the correct or purpose built moulds in your ears, the ear pieces aren't giving you the true sound of whats being thrown down the channel.
no point spending £££'s on an amp and then £££'s on an iem system if you're going to listen through £4 ear phones, or even the ones they sometimes include in IEM packages- the speaker in your ear may be the missing link.

we all have different ears obviously! what i hear and what works for me may not work for you guys.
