The bass is made in Taiwan but I also have a BBNE2 and it plays just like the Japanese model. The bass itself has hardware from the Japanese model. It's not particularly heavy

Hi. The original chrome hardware is not available. Sorry. IMHO it looks much better in gold

Just to reiterate it has the bbne2 hardware on it from the actual bbne2. The tuners are mother of pearl. The original chromate hardware has been removed and replaced with this bbne2 hardware to make this identical to play to the bbne2. I know as I have a bbne2 with another on the way.

Very sought after BB2005. This is exactly the same as the Nathan East bass but with a different pre amp and a rosewood fretboard. The sound is amazing and the ability to change tone is impressive. It has a nice mid cut feature. The hardware has been taken off a Nathan East BBNE2. Few dings on the back and hairline crack on a tuning peg but the front looks great. And it plays lovely. Recently been set up. Lovely

Bass in action

With the £ weak at the moment this is the time for the basschatters in Europe and USA to take advantage and buy this bass. It's 10% cheaper than it was when I originally posted it thanks to brexit!

18mm. It's very easy to play. Not too close together but the neck is not chunky like on a lot of 5 Strings

Hi all. Bump. Would consider a trade for an S2 or S2000 4 or 5 string or a Yamaha BBNE2. Or a decent fender jazz. Also am flexible ish on the price. If I'm not successful in selling her, then keeping her was mean to be and I'm ok with that too !
