1.
Have a free bump for my old Ampeg and Basspod!!
Seriously good pieces of kit and Dan was a pleasure to do business with when I sold these.

Thanks for the shout man!
I did intend to use this stuff more but then a change of band and preference of gear made them a bit redundant.
how different is the russian bassballs from the usa one??

i tried the usa, didnt like it
I've not tried the USA one so I couldn't possibly say. I've heard from some that they prefer the Russian one but I personally don't like it. That's not to say that nobody else will of course...

2. Hi all,

I have a few bits up for grabs as follows:

Ampeg BA115 tilt-back combo. I think it's some kind of special anniversary edition or something since it has the silver coloured speaker covering not the usual black. I bought this of a fellow BassWorld user around a year ago and I've probably used it less than 20 times and never even reached half volume.£180

Carlsbro Bass Bomber 125w combo. This thing has seen home use only and although a couple of years old has only been moved when moving house and still looks like new. £120

Line 6 Bass Pod XT Live. Mint condition, bought from the same seller and at the same time as the Ampeg and has seen even less use. This was meant to replace a GT6B I sold but I ended up with everything I needed in the separates I had, plus I never found the inspiration to spend time fidling with the presets. Comes with manual, PSU and carrying case. £160

Also shifting: DOD FX25B, EHX Russian Bass Balls and an Ibanez Roadster bass (I'll list this in the Basses for sale). I'm sure I've got some other stuff to sell, I will modify this in due course.

Don't be afraid to PM with offers, I'm also interested in any trades, so tell me what you've got to offer.

Pictures will follow shortly. I realise the stink some people have kicked up over 'newbies' just coming on here to sell, please go easy on me, as everyone knows it's a fast moving forum and it's not allways possible to keep up with everything and post all the time.

Cheers, Dan. :)

3. I've just stumbled accross this topic while browsing the forum and this is only my second post on here. I'm a 'newbie' and also wish to try and sell some gear here shortly. I've allready posted in the Introdutions and even touched on this very subject there. I worry that I may be less appealing as a seller due to my relatively low post count. The difficulty is it's almost impossible for me to 'contribute actively' to the forum when it moves so fast and I really don't have the time to trawl every topic to find something where what I have to say might be worth a hoot. I, like a lot of members, come on here mainly when I know what I'm looking for, be that info or gear. I'm not about to start posting rubbish or repeating what everyone has allready said just to get my post count up.

Dan :)

4. Gettings one and all!
I've been watching the forum for a while, so while I may be new to Basschat, Basschat isn't new to me. It's such a fast moving forum, so I've never really had the chance to contribute to any discussion without repeating what somebody else has allready said, and anything I've needed to know I could allways find using the search. But, I'm on here now.
(plus, needing to sell some stuff soon means I'd best start posting to make myself less conspicuous :) ).
Keep it low.
Dan.
