1. Hello bass lovers,

Here for your consideration is my Markbass Super Synth Pedal. This is a great fun pedal, which does what it says on the box. It really does track very well, lower than other pedals I've used. All of the sounds are customisable , either on the pedal itself or at a deeper level via the Markbass Software editor which you can download for free from the Markbass website. The peal is TRUE BYPASS, which I love.

    Included with this sale:

The Pedal!

UK Markbass power supply

Long USB lead, which is very handy as it reaches from my computer to the floor easily. I forgot I had this and have been using my annoyingly short printer USB lead... should have used this one! I've just tested it and it works fine.

Instructions, printed out from a download.
Condition
I would describe it as very, very good, as shown in the photos. It looks great and I haven't had any issues with it in any way. 100% functional. The pedal is very sturdy and robust. It comes with the 'hard' side of velcro on the back. If you don't want this on it then let me know and I'll remove it, cos I'm helpful like that.

Any trials welcome, just north of Lincoln.

    Hi,

Are you interested by a trade with a Spector Euro 4X TW gloss lack immaculate?

    Thanks for your answer

Hello XTU, I've been overwhelmed with the PMs with trade offers today, which I'm very grateful for. I'm ideally looking for a straight sale, but trades are always welcomed, you never know your luck. Thanks for getting in touch. :)

  3. (Current new import price for this spec: £6200)

    Hello Basschatters,

This is simply the best bass I've ever played and the only one that gets big smiles from all band members. Selling to move to a 5-string.

Ken Smith told me via email that this would now be described as a "White Tiger".

The bass is set up with a buzz-free low action, which makes it effortless to play. It's also wearing Ken Smith taper wound strings. As you can see in the photos, there are no dinks, chips, grazes, scratches etc. Truly superb condition.

  4. After another deal fell through for Conan he worked hard to get another deal together (see above) that meant I was able to buy a pair of cabs from him. All went perfectly and I'm very happy. Thanks for making it happen Conan! I would be happy to buy from or sell to this basschatter in the future. A+

  5. I just bought an amp from Mr Deepbass5. He was very quick at sorting everything out and making the transaction easy for me and safe for the amp. The amp has obviously been very well looked after. I'm a very pleased basschatter. Thank you.

  6. Yes, you're right. The original tweeter was connected to the back of the original woofer, with the tweeter sounds coming through a horn fitted where you normally have a dust cap dome in the centre of the speaker. So when the original driver was removed and replaced with a conventional 12" driver there isn't an easy way of refitting the tweeter, so I decided to convert it to be more like the Euphonic Audio Wizzy 12, as in it doesn't have a tweeter. EA don't have any of the original CXL drivers in stock, so it couldn't be restored to it's original state. I look at this cab like the Aguilar GS112NT. All of the signal is going to the 12" driver.

I should have also mentioned that the can comes with an after market cover too.

  7. This is an EA CXL 1x12" cab with a new lightweight Neodymium Eminence Deltalite II 2512 12" driver, because the old one broke. The driver was only fitted in May.

    50x43x38cm

The full signal goes to the 12" driver. It could be used as a 'no-tweeter' cab to pair with another cab that has a tweeter if you like the super high frequencies, or on it's own, as I have been doing, for smaller gigs. As it doesn't have a tweeter I have found myself turning the treble up on my amp and once the band is playing I can't tell it doesn't have a tweeter. Like a lot of people say, it's a smoother treble, but it certainly isn't lacking in the treble (I like my treble). Only selling as I'm using another bigger cab for gigs now.

    Trades
I would prefer a straight cash sale... But I may entertain partial trades with a jazz style bass as I am considering swapping my current USA Fender Jazz Deluxe. I also may be tempted by a cheap light-weight amp head to use as a backup or even small gig combo. I am quite fussy about what I'd accept, but always enjoy trade offers, so if you're interested in this bass let me know, you never know your luck.
