Guitar products have a much bigger market. Much more potential for them there.

This is available once again folks. It is a really high-quality cab and quite a rarity.

Durham would be handy 👍

If I’m allowed to, I can certainly recommend the HH Ibanez SRX530 I’m currently selling in the BC marketplace. A lot of HH fun for the money.
Apologies if this breaks a forum rule!

It has a sprung metal handle on the underside that flips out and allows the cab to tilt back for better close up sound.
I've used the cab for both electric and acoustic bass with great success.

hi, that sounds great but how does an amp head not slide off the back??

Price drop to £450

Beautiful Ibanez in very clean condition. These were made about 10y ago then discontinued.
Bound body with a fenderesque look, but very much an Ibanez.
24 frets, Active preamp, gorgeous ash body with a brown burst finish.
Spec can be found here: https://ibanez.fandom.com/wiki/SRX530#
£400 for local pickup. I’m happy to organise a courier and pack it securely if you’re happy to pay for that
Nicely set up, stays in tune, easy to play.

Sold.

Really nice tuner in near mint condition.
The main features are that it is has a send and return, so can be used to split signals or as an fx loop, and has a switchable ‘vitaliser’ buffer that can be switched to true bypass.
The actual tuner part is the excellent korg pitch black, which is embedded in the pedal.
It can work anywhere from 9v to 18v and has a power ‘out’ to power pedals.
No box but will be well packaged.

One theory about these clean amps not having ‘enough push’ or volume is that preamp dirt / grit / overdrive makes sounds louder because they create harmonics at frequencies our ears are much more sensitive to.
You’d need a lot of clean power to compensate for the absence of a tubey or harmonically rich valve tone.Just one of many theories, no doubt.

Barefaced Facebook suggests they’re still developing a powered cab product.
-
maybe not an obvious choice, but the Hartke KB combos have a very simple set of tone controls that can be bypassed, making them not much more than a powered cab for bass.

SOLD, thanks.
PSA: Silly cheap deal on Boss SY-300 synth

I would guess they’re struggling to shift these at the original price because of the arrival of new Boss Synth pedals, but they’re are a great compact pedal and tick an awful lot of boxes.
