  1. I need to find a quality dep for a function gig in the High Wycombe area on August 27th. Material is the usual function stuff, but this band does put their own funky twist on some of the grooves. I can supply links to their videos so you can see what they're about, and I hope you'd be happy to do a bit of preparation for this gig. The pay is £150.
    Shout me if you're interested.
    Thanks.

  2. I knew somebody who had his own plates, they were his initials. I won't reveal the real letters but I'll use these as an example - ABC1. He then generously put personal plates on his wife's car. ABC2. Yes, he was a c**t. A big one, and in all respects.

Out of curiosity, what is powering your board?

I'm using a Visual Sound 1Spot on this board. It's a 1700mA supply. And yes, the pedals are daisy chained.

  4. I just bought a Pedaltrain Metro 20 to house a few spare pedals but I got distracted and started messing about with some of my favourites, I ended up with this and I'm really happy with it. I'll be taking this board out for Saturday's gig. The phaser pedal is programmed for flange & chorus.

    Line6 G30 > Polytune Mini > Catalinbread boost > COG Knightfall 66 > COG Grand Tarkin > 3 Leaf GR2 > COG T-16 octave > Source Audio Lunar phaser.

  5. The app and the PC editor do exactly the same thing. You can change patches using the app, but you won't be doing seamless patch changes whilst still playing, it'd be inbetween songs - you need to tap 3 on-screen buttons to choose a new patch and send it to the pedal. Of course, you can save your 3 favourites to presets and recall them by flicking the toggle switch.

  6. I've owned (and quickly moved on) a few pedals that are loved by many, just not by me though. ODB3 & Bad Monkey, at least they were cheap and I didn't expect too much. The pedal that dissappointed me the most recently was the Darkglass VMT. With my set, up it sucked. Shame really as with all the hype and love going around about it I thought it'd be amazing. I moved it on pretty quickly.
