Road worns have RW stamped into the body under the scratchplate, and have very similar wear patterns to each other. The serial begins with MZ also (at least it did on mine).

I don't know if it will work on your knackered cables, but if you twist the cable as you loop it you can get it to stay in a neat circle.

Yup, always been MIM as far as I'm aware. There is an American Vintage line that is very similar in specs, colours, with the same nitro finish but without the relicing (unless it's been done afterwards like [url="http://basschat.co.uk/topic/197028-us-fender-57-precision-american-vintage-ow-aged-l1225/page__hl__aged"]this one[/url]).

I was about to get rid of my Small Stone until I tried it in my Xotic X-Blender, now it's a keeper! Just on the lookout for a smaller blend pedal now.

I had the exact same problem with a set of Pyramid Gold strings, contacted the place I bought them from and they swapped me for a new set no questions asked. The new one was much better, it's definitely possible to get the odd duff string every now and then!

I'm using the latest version of Chrome on Windows.

I've received several PM's lately that were not accompanied by the usual notification email. Turns out Gmail is now filtering them as spam by default, so check your junk mail and add Basschat to the safe senders list!

So while that isn't an issue with this particular site, I also was not getting any popups on Basschat, anyone else had this?

How are you playing it? You can play it faster if you play with pull-offs and hammer-ons as low down the neck as possible.

Just played it, although on a crappy laptop so couldn't hear your bass! Sounds very polished, the missus loved it in fact and wants to know if you have any gigs coming up!

And if you can figure out a way to do the slo-mo windtunnel gurning at 3:00 live then I'll come too!
