Firstly, I realise there's tons of these topics on here but I am SUCH a noob I thought I'd just ask again the direct questions I need answering and hope people take pity on me and don't mind repeating themselves. Me and my housemate/band mate have never built a guitar before. I have a squire precision that we've just de fretted and now we're thinking 'what else could we do?' so we joked about having all three pick ups on one bass. So if you were doing this mad feat where would you position each pick up? I love the precision pick up where it is (about 4.8 inches from the 20th fret) I was thinking a Bridge Humbucker and a Neck Jazz pick up So where would you put them? Any other hints and tips I should know? Thanks for your time guys, it's really appreciated
