5.
I've no idea why the EQ settings are like that, before someone asks! Not how I left them. I'm not crazy about the mids!
The old EQ triangle, treat for the ears
6.
Alright found this in the other thread. *8ohms *400w
Thanks I would rather leave shipping as a last option really, had things damaged in the past and wouldn't want it again, collection would be great
7.
Thanks for the interest. Here are the photos as promised. Size - 42cm x 41cm x 34cm Not sure about weight as I have no means to weigh it. Saying that, It is considerably lighter than my Aguliar DB112 I have recently sold and that is 19Kg. I would guess it is something in the region of 16-17Kg. I used to own the Ashdown Mini 4x8 and 1x15 and again it weighs less than either of them. As far as volume goes, I can honestly say that this cab partnered with my Markbass LMII is seriously loud enough for pub and small club gigs. It is also capable of producing some quite scary amounts of bass if needed. I know that wouldnt be assumed for this speaker config but trust me, it can go low. When I ordered the cab I specified not to have a speaker grill as its primary application was studio work, this allowed me prime mic placement. I was quoted £10 for a grill from an online place so easy and cheap to acquire. Thanks.
8. Unfortunately I am going to have to sell my lovely Matamp 4x6 along with my Genz Head This has been a wonderful cab to work with, have used it for a bit of recording and managed to get some gorgeous and surprisingly loud and bassy sounds from it! Please see the pics and description below, I hope Uzell doesn't mind me nicking his work. I would much prefer collection - as I only used it for recording I never got round to fitting a grill or handles. It has feet though. Based in SW London, and looking for £200 ono Thanks
9. All low ball offer PM's replied to, still very much available!
10.
Don't suppose you want to trade this plus £275 for my Mesa Walkabout combo (I am selling it for £700, see FS thread http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...p;#entry884637)? I am in SW13 so not far away
Thanks for the offer, she looks like a beaut but afraid I need a bit less in the way of gear, plus some cash so would only trade for a cheaper combo option or straight sale good luck with the mesa!
11. Well if crackling is a problem I will get some switch cleaner and sort it out this weekend, simples
12. Thanks Grahame Surprised of the little interest so far!
13. Hi all, I am unfortunate in having to sell this - the real deal of lightweight powerful amps with a lovely protective carry case and footswitch. This was originally traded with my ampeg pre on basschat to Pentode. It is a great little amp, works wonderfully and is in perfect condition. It does have a slight crackle on the master and valve gain knobs, something I meant to look at but never bothered. I am sure it can be sorted easily, and otherwise this is a perfect amp. You can find all the details you need here http://www.bassmerchant.com/item_detail.ph...p;category_id=2 As this was a trade I am a bit unsure on the price, but I saw one at £425 which sounds about right. I would really prefer not to post, can meet you in London or offer collection? I live in SW17 Many thanks
14. will also trade for microkorg or similar
15. Amazing bass synth - has so many sounds, and the time tapped effects are really interesting. Replaced a load of other stuff for me (even in the short time I have had it). Unfortunately my current project needs the use of a keyboard synth - so this is having to go on sale. It is no 52 - so early batch but has had the software updated. Doesn't come with box or instructions, but these plus sound samples and much more can be found here http://www.chunksystems.com/os.htm It really is worth owning one of these to see what they can do, when go back to synth on bass I will get another. The cost may seem high but it will easily replace 3-4 pedals sound capabilities and offer you much more room for experimentation.
