NOW £750, inc. carriage For sale: Fender American Standard Jazz Bass. A beautiful bass in exceptional condition for its age, plays and sounds great, includes original hard case. I bought this bass new from Mansons (Exeter) in 1999. Fitted with Fender '60s custom shop pickups, and precision bass bridge cover - rest is stock. Ash body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard. Nice grain on the body...the woods have mellowed nicely over the years. Mostly played with flatwounds, so very little fret wear. Very consistent from top to bottom - no dead spots or wolf tones. This bass growls and purrs like a great Fender should. I'm near Salisbury, you're welcome to try it out if you like. Can ship via courier within UK. Thanks for looking, any questions welcome.
