1. Popped the pick guard off today and found the makers sig- 1/17/79 so its 30 years old next week and must say the pick guard is in superb condition for a 30 year old bass it has also the early rectangle hardcase and not the later moulded one.

  2. Bought S/H from Electro Music about 2 months ago (Fully Serviced by them before they shipped) but with no need at moment for two amps this is up for sale.Good working condition a few minor marks on it but overwise good condition and it comes with the channel pedal.

Mesa and rack not included ;)

  3. Made in the USA in '79 for the age I would say 'good'condition with a little bit of buckle rash and a few minor dings (Mojo would be the word) The case looks near mint and is the original case (Real good quality and looks great inside)T40's have a great pickup switching system and you can get so many tones out of this it rivals a active bass for different permutations..Not looking for any trades and I would be willing to drive up to 60miles from Preston for free if required. Cheers Si

  4. In Quite good nick with only a few small marks on the plastic corners never been driven hard.It is 8 ohm sounds great for the money with the added bonus of being lightweight. I'll deliver for free within a 1 hour radius of Preston other than that they will be collection only. Here's the Webby-

    It will get worse :)

I had a LM11 as my second head to my Mesa 400+ and TBH my Ric sounded great through it but the LM11 is such a great head anyway you would struggle finding a better S/S amp.

Looks a real nice bass I'd imagine if it gets to the end without getting pulled it will go for a fair wedge with Christmas money around and a 10 day auction .

  8.
best valve head over all. discuss.

i tried one lastnight and it was so so good. better than the sunn i had.
I've had Sunn's,Ampeg's,Mesa's (All Tube's) and a V6 and the V6 was the sweetest one to my ears without a doubt, but I do like KT66 a lot anyway it is the tube of choice for bass IMO.
