tis an awesome groove. -
Looks like I may be keeping this one for a while.
I am open to offers and trades. Try me, you never know. -
Thanks Stu, thats the info I was looking for.
The model advertised is the 'DJ' or Daryl Jones which means it has the offset plate as featured on the Lakland model bearing the same name.
It is identical to the J-Retro 01 but would need to be mounted on a standard bell plate (2 holes would be needed for the switches). I would also recommend measuring the cavity on the Squier to make sure it will simply drop in, unless you are happy to modify if needed.
The seller will probably tell you the same, but I thought I'd chip in

Cool, I was reading this thinking I have that on vinyl somewhere. I had a quick look and yes, I still have it, just no record player anymore!
I also have Octopus by Cozy Powel with Colin Hodgkinson and Gary Moore. Just wish I could listen to them. -

Any West Country Wal fanciers will be watching this, I imagine.
I am watching it but have no money!! lol -
Hi, I had a BagEnd 1x15 years ago and loved it. It was physically small with a fantastic sound, so great for rehearsals and gigs. I regret selling it. I sold it to a good friend who still raves about it today.
Good quality gear, imho.
Hi Guys,
exactly as the title says really.
I've been on the hunt for a 2x12 for a while but money hasnt been that forthcoming. I noticed on the bass gear website they are selling a bag end 2x12 for £500 in the moving sale.
Anyone got one or heard them etc?

Hi Al,
don't hold your breath. I am really enjoying playing this one. -
I have recently joined the Warwick owners club with this '93 Walnut bodied Thumb 5 BO from littleal on here.
I have gigged it a few times now and have to say that I may not been playing my trusty jazz bass again! I love it.
-
Never heard of him before. Thanks for bringing him to my attention. Loving his playing.
-
I just bought a Warwick thumb 5 BO with a walnut body from Al.
Smooth transaction. Top bloke. He even phoned me when the bass arrived to chat about the setup on it.
A pleasure to deal with.
Relic'd finishes are hard to do properly
They are very hard to do properly. Usually takes about 20-30 years of constant use. Anything else is a waste of time. imho of course. -

... then someone will mention that pics will help your sale.
