4. Hi Guys Why risk balancing your expensive PA gear on rickety or collapsing tables? This DJ / PA stand could be the answer! I've used it for years to put my PA on it till I eventually got a modular PA set up on wheels. Easy to assemble tubular steel. It comes with the upright poles & lighting bar (not shown & never used) - if you have some stage lights. Based in Nottingham but gig all over Midlands. I need to re-home this [s]- Was £60 [/s][s]Now £40!![/s] £35

7. Hi Guys Marshall VBA for sale. 400 watts @ 2 or 4ohms of valve bass pleasure. If you have thought about trying a valve amp this could be the one for you - masses of power & sustain - great tone! I can deliver locally or on the way to a gig. I'm based in Nottingham but gig all over the Midlands. All trials welcome. Now £535 Also for sale. 8. Took a road trip down to Hatfield to pick up a nice little Mesa walkabout Amp from Mick. Great hospitality. Worked my way through Part of his Bass collection & Put the world to rights. I'm sure our paths will cross again. Looking forward to gigging this little beauty soon. Deal with confidence. Cheers Mick.
9. Would you consider splitting it & selling the amp?

11. Thanks for all the advice guys. Well I tried a Jack Casady & I have to say I was quite suprised - its a good bass for the money - if I was starting out it would be worth a shout. I also tried the electromatic but was very disappointed. I know its each to his own but I didn't like the neck at all, felt the body was too fat to get my arm around & the pups stuck out a long way from the body. It felt sluggish to play with any speed. put it back on the shelf after 2 minutes! The white Falcon is awesome! Needless to say the CC is maxed out!
12. Thanks guys. Yeah Wingnut the one in Guitar guitar Glasgow seems to be the only one in the country. The electromatic looks great but I prefer a long scale double cutaway. I'm playing in a rock n roll band & thought it would be the dogs bollox - but for the sort of gas they're asking its got to be spot on. The Jack Casady looks good Danny but I thought if I'm gonna go hollow body I wanna try the best before I try the rest!
13. Hi I've got a hankering to get a Gretch White falcon bass. Have any members got one they would be willing to let me try? & has anyone ever played the mythical beast? I can't seem to find one anywhere other than Glasgow or the States. Cheers Vindi
