Hi, would you consider selling the speakon cables separately?
Thanks 👍

Hi, possibly a stupid question, but what does "tw" indicate on the E & B strings of the 5-string sets? Something wrap, maybe?
Cheers 🙂

Ed was a pleasure to deal with. Good comms, item well packed, arrived promptly, and was exactly as described.
Definitely recommended! 🙂

If you decide to sell these separately I'll potentially take the Elf head...

Yep, I regularly go to the Edinburgh store and buy stuff from them - basses, amps, pedals, leads etc... and I've traded some gear in too. They're a good crowd, they stock a wide variety of products from a pretty varied array of manufacturers, they don't bug you, there's no hard sell, and the manager knows I regularly spend decent sums of cash with them so he never refuses a discount if I smile and ask him for his "best price" on any given item! 😉
I like 'em! 🙂

Nope, I don't need anymore basses! 🤤

I've used Roto 55's for fretless for years. They're stainless groundwounds, so you get that brightness without all the fretting noise associated with rounds, and you can slide notes and harmonics easily.

Oooh, that's lovely, especially with the pickguard in place! 🤤

That's good to know as i love the MM Stingray tone but not so much the necks.
This could be an ideal option.

Yeah, I had a 4-string Stingray for ages but ended up selling it. I never played it as I'd moved back to 5's, but instantly regretted selling it. I've been looking for a 5-string replacement for a while now and this Cali Central just nails that distinctive StingRay tone. I A/B'd it in GuitarGuitar against a 4-string and a 5-string EB Stingray and I guarantee you literally could not tell the difference. If you blindfolded Sterling Ball I think even he'd have a hard time telling which is which, it's that good. You should go for it!
