Look after those hands, I've just had to have an operation on my left hand due to problems with carpal tunnel. Haven't been able to play for about 3 months before getting the Op, good news is that the healing time is very quick so should be back in action very soon. Anyone got any good exercises to help my recovery? Also any ideas for problems with a tennis elbow injury? -

Before I put her up for sale on evilbay, Would anyone be interested in an SWR Workingman 4004 MK 1 (BLUE FACE / RED LOGO), features a 400 watt RMS @ 4 Ohms power section, solid state front end, five band cut/boost EQ section, variable limiter, standby on/off switch, carpet covered case with one extra rack space, tuner send, XLR balanced out, speaker fuse. Gigged and rehearsed regularly with never a problem. Very good condition. But She has to go as I've purchased a MarkBass Little Mark II. Any Offers.
