Only thing Tino left out is the pickups are wizards,,,not the most expensive pups on the market,,,,the body and neck are no-marks. Bit pricey for not knowing what your buying. Plus the OP is still marketing this as a FENDER custom,,,,,its not!
what more do you need to know?? and im not! it even says in the opening post 'made by myself a couple of years ago'
 2.
Who made the body? It doesn't look as slabby as a standard P body - this again this might be a selling point for some.
unfortunately there all the specs i have for the bass body, annoyingly I can't remember the shop name :/ the only thing different to the shape is that there's more of a slant where you'd rest your hand, if that makes sense?
 3.
Dude change the title of the thread - it will give you a better chance at attracting the kind of people that want to buy this bass. I can see Fender fans clicking to view it and getting miffed that it's a bitsa, conversely there are folk out there who wouldn't touch a Fender with a bargepole because of their QC issues who would love a nice bitsa.
will do now, thanks
plus it doesnt help calling us common hhahahahaha
my bad
 4.
Mmmm oly White, black, maple and a television logo. Tempted!
aha, so you should be beautiful to play, will be sad to see this go tbh :/
 5.
Where were the hand-made pickups made? it helps to work out the worth of the instrument for a potential buyer...
Hi, made by a company called wizard pickups, based in scotland
 6.
Cheers. Im not sure about this but i think you might get in to trouble selling this here, especially as you have listed the bass with the word Fender and its not. I know your being up front but im not sure if its legal to sell a non fender neck with a Fender logo on it. Im sure i read a long topic recently where someone was selling Fender logos to put on other basses and all hell was let loose. Just a warning. I personally would have no issue buying this if i could afford it. Good luck
ah, okay.. I must admit I wasn't aware of the legal mumbo jumbo, but as long as people do know this is a custom bass then there's not much I can do, unless I closed the topic, but then if I found it to be okay.. hmm, catch 22
 7.
This looks lovely. Is that a real Fender neck? What size is it?
Hi, no its actually a custom made neck I bought over in America with a fender decal added. So basically its a fender neck, not made by fender if that makes sense aha In terms of size, its just the standard size of Precisions
 8.
can you tell us what the parts are, and there origin? body, pickups, tuners..i take it these are US parts you have built it from... looks like a cracker.. does it say 'mad ass' on the bridge?
Hi, just added a list of the main parts of the guitar, it was 2 years ago so unfortunately i wont be able to tell you all the parts :/ Body and Neck are American yes, but most of the parts I sourced around the UK And no aha!, Badass http://www.basscentre.com/bridges-knobs-st...ing-chrome.html
