Here's a little of what the Phat Phuk B can do:

  2. Hi folks - selling a Pedaltrain Premium Soft Case, the big one that fits the Classic Jr, PT-JR, Novo 18. Maybe taken it out about 10 times. Excellent case - front pocket holds a GenzBenz Shuttle 9.2 - a bit slimmer than a Markbass LM2, taller than a Markbass F1.

Brand new they are £139 but I can't find one in stock anywhere. Selling this for NOW £95 with UK postage.

  3. Nice one. I didn’t know about this. I have the earlier model and love it. Prefer it over the ones I’ve had previously - Morley Power Wah, Dunlop wah (old black model) and the EBS Stanley Clarke wah.

My only critique is it’s small size (ironic, I know) but that’s just me. For some reason I like bigger, full size volume and wah pedals.

  4. I have a CIJ Precision - a 70’s reissue from the early 2000s, and a Mexican Player Precision. The CIJ is pure comfort and tone. The Player is up there in comfort, the tone is a bit anemic at times - but it’s not a fair comparison as the CIJ has a rosewood neck and flats, the Player has a maple neck and rounds. All in all I’d take the CIJ everytime but I wouldn’t be crying if all I had was the Player. Both necks feel SO good.

  5. Hi folks - here is a brand new MOD Dwarf. Brand new as in one week old - taken out only to test, played with for about one hour. This is a Founders Edition model - I was an earlybird funder on IndieGoGo. Finally received this a week ago, but my plans for it in 2020 have long since gone.

Unit is as mint as a minty thing. Brand new these are £444 from Thomann - I'm selling this for £400 posted - which also includes €150 of vouchers for the MOD store.

  7. Hey folks - up for sale is my Fender Player Precision in Tidepool - Made in Mexico in 2020.

Bought in June 2020, played maybe two gigs with it. In near mint condition - one tiny ding at the bottom of the letter 'P' in Precision on the headstock.

Amazingly fun bass to play and the colour is just magical in the flesh/wood. It pains me to part with it but I have my eyes on something else so time to move on.

Comes with dustcover gig bag. £550 £500 plus postage. I'm in Co.Down, N.Ireland if anyone is local.

  8. Hi all - I've been bitten by the Dingwall bug but have none nearby to try. So a question to you 4 string Dingwall owners - with the nut width being slanted (45.5mm on a 4 string D-Roc for example) - does anyone have an idea of what that translates to on the parallel side of things? In other words - in the hand, does the neck feel like a 38mm Jazz neck or a 42mm Precision neck, etc? Thanks in advance, Gareth

  9. I’m torn. So many I could choose from, and a few I could happily never hear again (‘My Way’ anyone?) - and this coming from a guy with a Rock N Roll Over cover tattoo.

Honourable mention: ‘Who Wants To Be Lonely’.

    Winner for me is: Parasite.

But honestly, they’re all winners 😀. I have a playlist on the iPod called ‘Kiss-a-thon’. It’s every studio album, solos included, in chronological order. My youngest, 11, puts it in shuffle in the school run. Too much fun.
