    Hi I had this up for sale a while back before withdrawing it. Now looking for a trade. Just wondered if anyone fancied a trade for an Orange Terror Bass head and Orange SP 410 Cab (or possibly OBC 410) Up for trade is my amazing Ashdown Rig from their UK built Classic/Klystron series. It's the 575 watt Klystron 500 head, along with the Classic Neo 414h cabinet. The cab is a 4x10 that can handle 1050 watts, it has a switch on the back to operate the horn (high/low/off) and it's also a 4 0hm cab, so uses the full power of the head. This really is a very loud, quality sounding rig. The head is one of the best I've ever used, and works so well with the cab. The head also comes with a 4-way footswitch which provides control over the compressor, sub-harmonic generator, tube grind and EQ pre-shape. This head is UK built, and is basically the model up from the ABM Evo III. The condition of the head and cab are both excellant, and I've never had a single issue with either of them. I have a Roqsolid cover for the head, and an Ashdown cover for the cab. Could organise a fair meet for a trade, I live just outside North London.     Hi I have for sale an Ashdown Five Fifteen MiniRig. It's the 100 watt head with a 2x10 cab, made to look like a full stack.     Hello I was hoping to get some advice from users of Markbass gear. I'm thinking of going for a Markbass rig, my main requirements are for it to be loud and light. I've been looking at the heads and was thinking of going for the Little Mark Rocker 500, which as far as I can tell is the same as a LMIII, but with an added tube drive. I've since seen the Little Mark Tube (not the 800 version), and wondered what the difference was. They both appear to be 500 watt heads, so does anyone know what the real difference is, and can anyone recommend one out of the two??? Now for the cabs. I've been looking through the cab options on their website. I do like the idea of a full stack as they are so light and portable. The only 410 they now do is from their standard range. So if I looked at the standard 1x15, which is rear ported, should I pair it with the 4x10 that's also rear ported, or are there any benefits of getting the front ported 4x10. I don't know much about porting anyway, so any advice would be greatly apprecieated. Thanks in advance

    Hi Basschatters Up for sale I have two amazing cabs from Ashdown's UK built Classic Neo series. (Would consider trades for Hartke Hydrive gear) They are the Mini cabs which are super light weight, yet extremely loud with massive power handling. The Classic Neo series are UK built and far superior to the ABM series, hence the heavier price tag. I have the 1 x 15 (350 watt) and 4 x 8 (1000 watt) versions, which work brilliantly together as a massive sounding rig in a very portable package, and both come supplied with Roqsolid covers. (I also have the Ashdown Klystron 500 head, it's not yet for sale, but if anyone fancied the whole rig, I'd be open to offers) They are both in A1 perfect condition and appear brand new, in fact the 1x15 still has the price sticker on it.     Thanks for the advice guys, sadly the 4004's current price tag wouldn't be an option! Sorry to sound like a complete moron, but what would getting the pickups rewound do exactly. I don't quite understand what that would be, is it a job most guitar tech's can do, any idea how much it would cost. And any advice on an EQ setting for the bass, and amp to get the Ric sounding better? Thanks again.

    Hi Has anyone out there tried any other pickup on a 4003, other than the Rick stock ones? I have a 2007 Blue Burst 4003 and I find that the output of the pickups seems really weak when compared to my other basses (Jazz Bass and Thunderbird). They are also fairly inconsistent across the strings, even after a decent set-up. For this reason I'm not really using the Rick at the minute, and always gig with one of the other two, which just doesn't seem fair on her!!! Was considering swapping the pickups for something with a bit more beef, like the Seymour Duncan pickups. If anyone has any experiance of these, or any other type of pickup please let me know as I'd like some opinions before shelling out £170.00. Thanks in advance.

    Another price drop - now down to a silly £500 for both cabs. These really are brilliant, loud and light cabs. They're both only 585mm tall, the 4x8 weighs just 25kg and handles 1000w, while the 1x15 is just 21kg and handles 350w.

    Hi I just wanted to ask a couple of silly questions if I can as a lot of the tech talk seems to fly over my head. My band have recently changed from an originals to a covers band (sold out), so we are learning as we go with our new P.A as we never needed one before. At the minute I use my amp as backline, and the P.A is just for vocals, as we look to play larger venue's I'll need to run my amp through the P.A. Should I just Mic up my amp, or look at running it through the P.A properly. My head does have an XLR DI output, so if I run this through to the P.A, would I set the EQ on my amp as usual, or set it flat (do I then fiddle with all those confusing knobs on the mixing desk?) Also would standard P.A speakers handle the bass for now, or should I invest in a bass bin to sit under one of the P.A speakers straight away. Thanks in advance guys n gals.

    Price Drop!!! Just to add, these really are amazing cabs as I'm sure anyone who's had the pleassue of using them will agree. They're really loud, yet really light, they're head and shoulders above Ashdown's ABM range, and they look the bizzo too.
