  1. If the women are as fit as they look on telly, I'll carry the sodding thing myself.....
  2. I'm afraid I just wouldn't use it, Mr Beaver and it would also simply languish, unused, save for by my cat.....
  3. I'm sure the couriers could find Newcastle....... I am, of course, prepared to negotiate.....
  4. Is there a better, easier, less awkward and more useful pattern for fingering this than the first finger root, little finger 3 frets back same string and third finger on the fifth and octave, or is it just one of those persevere with it jobs and It'll feel as natural a movement as a major arpeggio after a while?
  5. I heard a rumour that angels gather and dance to the harmonic overtones when an AD 200B is paired with it, too........
  6. You know you can't live without this and you'll hate yourself forever if you let it slip through your fingers..... Plus, you're not the man you used to be: all that time in the gym has made you a veritable, machine-like powerhouse of a man.....
  7. Sadly, I doubt I ever will, but I hope your move goes well.
  8. It's funny, they they both are, but I knew instantly which I preferred: I fell for the deep, thick mids.
  9. Bit of a feeler really. Berg NV412; immaculate, as-new. Purchased new from Mark at Bassdirect new year 2011. Not broken in yet. Used at home very rarely for low-volume practising. I'm playing exclusively through my 'Big-Baby' and as much as the cat loves lying on the Berg' (it is covered!), it's a hell of a waste of a fabulous cab! Genuine Berg' padded cover. Looking for £900, including the cover (which was £100). Cornwall/Devon area, although I could take it up to the North West by arrangement.
  10. I put a set of TI's on it myself when I first got it, Hutton and they sounded great. Try playing just off the neck pup, too and eq'ing to taste on the pre-amp'.
  11. No, you're right: it is actually James Woods and baby-Jesus. You've no idea just how hard it was to find a shot with them both in it.....
  12. La Bella 760 FS and FM's. My favourite set-up is actually the A, D & G from the FM, together with the E from a set of FS's.
  13. Why didn't you just say so, silly....!! In which case, I'll have one of your B-15's, please...
  14. Thanks very much Balcro & Stevie; very much appreciated. I'll drop Eminence a line as you suggest. Mr Foxen: if I didn't know better, I'd think you have a crush on me. You seem to have made commenting on all of my posts your raison d'etre......
  15. Thanks, Dad: they both look really nice, the first one in particular. Croatia, though...??
  16. Thanks guys; I've emailed him, but thanks D.I. Joe.
  17. Can anyone recommend a really top-notch luthier in, or within travelling distance of, Cornwall, please? Thanks.

  19. I've had mine for a few years and I wish I had even the faintest idea what to do with it!! I run it on patches B6 & B7 and that's it!!!
