1.
No - but in a similar vein (see what I did there) a certain purveyor of vintage guitars alleges that John Birch built THIS.......... ....... but when I first saw it I asked John himself & in a fit of rage he said it was a forgery, using parts off one of his guitars. Said "purveyor" has in the past claimed it to have been made for either Andy Scott of Sweet (who equally rageously denies it) Dave Hill of Slade (which is also a lie) and more recently Showaddywaddy - who AFAIK only ever had a "Blue Moon" custom made. Someone's been framed - rather than Framused - which gets us back on thread
There are far too many knobs on this !

Feedback for GD

Graeme was going in for an op so, planning ahead, decided he needed a "coffin" - a Warwick Casket flight case, of course. Great to deal with and highly recommended.
3. Bump! (Is that The Count knocking?) Measurements for the coffin are : Internal: Length 120 cms, depth 10 cms, width 38 cms at widest and 34 cms just before the neck support section. External: Length 140 cms, depth, 16 cms, width 42 cms across the chest. sweet dreams!
4. It's up for Trade just now BIGd... so no price was required....but a few people have asked about selling. l intended to sleep on it (not IN it) to see if a trade turned up. Looking for a Mono M80....it is £130 at Bass Direct, so in a bizarre flash of logic I'd say I need to get half of that for the coffin so its price is - duh - £60 plus postage. Any (under)takers?
5. It's one of those coffin shaped flight cases that Count Dracula uses for his gigs. The red quilted satin is in excellent condition and the case is very good, got the usual wear and tear but looks great if you like this sort of thing. I'm looking to trade for a decent gigbag like a Mono M8 or iGig, something that's portable but will protect my Thumb 4 well. The coffin is quite a cult object, I'd say. Anyone interested I'll get measurements up for you. *For sale now: £60 + P&P * SOLD Pending the usuals. Happy Days.
6. Lovely case. How well protected does a Thumb fit inside? I see you have one....
7. Why Ken sold me his beautiful 96 Thumb NT with tone that goes on forever is a delightful mystery. Happy Days!
8. That's nice. Something odd. But nice!
9. Sorry to all those who have expressed interest in this cab... BUT I've decided to withdraw it from sale. Tried it out with my new GK Neo 212 Mk ll and it sounded so-o-o amazing, I'm keeping. For some reason I thought it wouldn't combine, but there is no ohmage issue (my mistake) with my MB Fusion 500 - in fact, I'm getting the full 500 w and the thud is there.
10. Phil - cant tell from pix .... I'm looking for a case for my Thumb. Any idea how she'd sit in this one? It's keeping the head off the case that could be the main problem I think.
11. pmd on Billy Sheehan – Basic Bass - £5 Billy Sheehan – Advanced Bass - £5 Victor Wooten - Groove Workshop - £10
12. I've only got tuppence - but here it is .....that the Neo 212 II is a fantastic cab. I'm using it with a GK 500 Fusion MB and if I could have 2 I would. In fact, I probably will. One day. Woah! There goes the gas....
13.
What's it like for a cat to lie on...?
Yep. Cats would love it. It purrrrrrs.
14. All PMs answered. Bonus # 4 You can take the wheels off and attach them to a fridge...if you like.
15. Open for trades on this 1x15 that has been described as "the best 115 ever made." (Thanks, Chris . Bonus # 3 If you are very small you can jump up on it and see what the big guys are looking at.
