BigBeatNut Posted August 23, 2010 Share Posted August 23, 2010 I've seen a 3 knob DHA VT1 Purist Bass for sale. The middle knob is "colour". My best guess is that this is a tone control. This normally has three settings via a centre off switch, one via a resistor so is little like "presence" on amps, another setting is via clipping diodes so is a fuzz type distortion, the centre position is colour off.
