Rockschool "Bonzo" Guru notes needed

Hi there, sorry if ive put this in the wrong place but i am in desperate need of the Guru Guide track notes from the Rockschool grade 8 Bass Book, i lost my book but need the notes for a performance i have in a couple of days.

Basically all i need is from it says CD Full mix Bonzo ---- all the way to composer etc.

this is ussually found in the back of the book, please PM me if you could send them it would be a great help and much appreciated.
