thunderbird13 Posted February 23, 2010 Share Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) Just got a bass off ebay but I'm not happy with it and I want someone who knows what their doing to see if its worth me keeping or get a refund off the seller. Basically the action is too high ( I'm pretty sure I can fix that myself) the pickups dont pick up the sound evenly across the strings and the neck feels cluncky. I was going to try The Bass Gallery but the guys on holiday till next week and I would like to get it looked at this week otherwise the longer I leave it the harder it wil be for me to get a refund if its not worth fixing. Given the fact that it was cheap I'm looking for someone cheap rather than high end and I've had a look at the stickie but most of them look like they'll be expensive - or is that just my impression ?
