SOLD Fender Classic Series '50s Stratocaster in daphne blue MIM

Recommended Posts

I'll post some pics later on but to get the ball rolling:

Recent Mex Classic Series '50s Stratocaster in daphne blue, I took it as part ex when selling a Jazz bass. It's very nice but not really my thing preferring set neck mahogany type electrics.

Here's the specs

It's pretty much mint except for the following:
2 finish cracks, one either side of the neck pocket. On average about an inch long and hairline. I guess it means the neck pocket is nice and tight.
A very slight dent on the tip of the headstock, very small and not through the finish.

Comes with the decent original fender branded gig bag and trem arm.

It's light, very resonant and has excellent tuning stability even with the trem floating.

The cheapest I can find them online new is £390 so offers around £290 including shipping.

Also just noticed it's missing a screw from the backplate and the backplate is discoloured where a fender sticker wasn't covering it if you see what I mean :)

Now up on ebay if you want the extra buyer protection it offers, can't cover free P&P and the ebay fees though sorry so I will have to charge P&P if it sells through ebay.
