A while ago, for some reason I can no longer remember, I bought an SWR Workingman's 2004 head - but it wasn't working (cue pun, irony etc.). It got stashed in the corner to wait for the time when I had the funds to attend to it. I now have the time and potential funds to sort it out, but I'm curious as to what I may end up with, as I've never actually heard one !!!!! What a situation to be in..... s'pose it's what you get when you take a gamble. It was a low price though. Do I hear 'Plonker' anyone ? It's a model made in Sun Valley, California. Does anyone have any experience of one of these heads ? I would really appreciate your thoughts.
