EdwardHimself Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 (edited) Couple of criticisms from me. Firstly i thought the drums weren't very well timed if you know what i mean. Y'know the metronome your drummer has gathering dust in his practice space? He should practice his timing with it. The other thing is that i really think the shouting just sort of ruins the song. I liked the way the guitar and the bass was played though given the way it was. Also you did it onto a tape? They still exist? We covered the song in the style we play. there is no guitar in it. just bass and drums. my drummer, doesn't have a practice space or a metronome. He didn't even play on this recording, i did. Like i said i did it in a massive rush. Sure it's kinda sloppy but i'm not fussed it all adds to the lo fi character of it. and yes it was released on tape. It sold out in less than 24 hours.
