vintage_ben Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 I have been lucky enough to have been bought a Palatino VE-500 as a present by my long suffering bass widow. I'd like to use for gigs but need to make quick change overs from electric to EUB, so ideally I would like the Palatino on a stand ready and waiting to go. I have read mentions of people using cymbal stands to do this. I guess by sliding the boom with the end removed into the retracted end pin maybe? Can anyone whose done this tell me there experiences with this. Is there a particular brand of stand which works well? Is there another method which is better? Sorry if this has been covered on another thread, but I couldn't locate it. If it has please point me in the right direction.
