It's cosmetically good, working great and is a doddle to install. (I used the instructions and video guide on the Audere website to help install it). Haven't taken pics yet, will get them up soon, but in the meantime if anyone would like it you can PM me. It's the vol, mid-bal, bass-treble set-up. (JZ3-VB-3B). Obviously, it also has the z-mode switch and LED. It's mounted on a Darryl Jones plate, but would be easy enough for someone to mount on a standard JAzz plate (with drilling for the z-mode switch and LED).
