I've been playing bass guitar for 3 years, and before that cello for 5 years, although 90% of the theory that I learnt from my classical years has gone and died. I like to play rock, funk, hard rock. I already play in my church (kings church Eastbourne [url="http://www.kingschurch.eu"]http://www.kingschurch.eu[/url] ). I can't read music as 80% of the time I'm given chord charts and the other 20% is just picking up chords by ear (which I can do OK). I'm not really too picky on genres, I'd happily have a tutor who's into pop or acid jazz. Just nothing heavy metal, thanks. I goto college in Lewes, so I COULD go as far as Brighton, but I'd rather not have to because of travel costs etc! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
